What the research actually supportsNAD+ declines with age and is central to energy metabolism — that is settled. Whether injecting it makes a healthy adult feel better is not, and no trial we can point you to says it does. Sermorelin has the most coherent mechanism of the three. Glutathione has a real effect on pigment and a thin one on everything else it is sold for.

Three things, and a list of what we refuseWe do not run high-dose intravenous glutathione for skin lightening — regulators elsewhere have warned about it and the harm record is real. We do not prescribe synthetic growth hormone. We do not stock the long tail of research peptides people arrive asking for, because nobody can consent to a risk profile that has not been characterised.

Injection technique changes the experienceNearly every unpleasant NAD+ report traces back to injecting too fast. Your protocol specifies the timing, the first dose is walked through on WhatsApp if you want it, and week one is deliberately a half dose.
