Registration is verified at hire and re-checked annually. Your prescriber’s name and MDCN folio number appear on your prescription itself — we do not publish folio numbers on a marketing page, and you should be wary of any service that does.

None of them are charged. A telehealth service that approves everybody is not a clinical service, it is a shop with a form on the front, and the difference only shows up in the cases where saying no was the right answer.

Four steps, one strip, no argument

GLP-1s and peptides degrade above 8 °C. Everything below exists so that neither of us has to take the other’s word for whether that happened.

01Packed at the pharmacyVials go into an insulated box with frozen gel packs, separated from direct contact by a card divider so nothing freezes against a pack. A temperature indicator strip is taped inside the lid, where you will see it before you see the medication.
02Moved, not storedLagos and Abuja go straight out with a dispatch rider the same day. Everywhere else goes on the next available flight rather than by road, which is the difference between a two-day transit and a five-day one in August.
03Checked at your doorOpen the lid and look at the strip before the rider leaves. It reads intact or it reads tripped — there is no interpretation involved. Photograph it either way if you want a record.
04Replaced if it trippedRefuse the parcel, or send the photo. A replacement vial is dispatched at our cost. You are not asked to prove anything, because the strip already did.
