Compounded tirzepatide
One injection a week, six doses to climb, and — for most people somewhere around week five — the first quiet their appetite has given them in years.

Dual GIP/GLP-1 · strongest appetite control
Tirzepatide activates two gut-hormone receptors instead of one — GIP as well as GLP-1. In practice that means appetite drops harder and stays down longer than it does on a GLP-1 alone, which is why it is the medication we lead with rather than semaglutide.
Your price covers every dose in the ladder. Most programmes charge more as you move up; we do not, because the point of the ladder is to get you to the dose that works, not to the dose you can afford.
It slows how fast your stomach empties, so a normal plate keeps you full for hours instead of ninety minutes, and it acts on the appetite centres in the hypothalamus, which is the part most people describe as the food noise going quiet. Neither effect is willpower. Both wear off if you stop, which is why the plan includes what happens at the end.
What most people get, and the bit that matters
This list is not exhaustive and does not replace the consultation. The intake form asks the questions that decide it, which is why the honest answers matter more than the fast ones.
Appetite comes back within a few weeks and weight follows unless the eating habits you built in the meantime hold. Your doctor will plan a taper rather than a hard stop, and most members who come off successfully spend the last two months of the programme deliberately practising portion sizes at a lower dose.
Availability and price. Branded supply into Nigeria is inconsistent and priced against the dollar; a compounded preparation from a NAFDAC-compliant supplier is what we can actually put in your hands every 30 days without a gap. We record batch and expiry against your order and will share the certificate of analysis on request.
No, and most members do not. The ladder exists so your doctor can stop at the lowest dose that is still working for you. Going higher for its own sake buys side effects, not results.
Label artwork is shown composited on a stock 3 mL vial photograph for design approval only; it is not a photograph of dispensed stock, and lot and expiry values are placeholders. Production labels carry the real batch number, expiry, pharmacy details and NAFDAC registration where applicable. Prescription-only medicines are dispensed by a PCN-registered pharmacy after a consultation with an MDCN-registered doctor. Prices are indicative and subject to exchange-rate movement — confirmed at checkout.
