What it is

Sermorelin is a fragment of growth-hormone releasing hormone. It asks your pituitary to produce more GH in its own natural pulses, which is a meaningfully different proposition from injecting synthetic growth hormone — the feedback loops stay intact, so the ceiling is your own physiology.

What it does in your body
